Beyond the Books: Computer Accounting

Department of Commerce, in association with IQAC, organised an orientation on Keltron programmes titled “Beyond the Books: Computer Accounting – An Orientation on Keltron Programmes” on October 27, 2025. 80 FYUGP BCom students participated. Maya C, HOD, Department of Commerce, gave the welcome speech. Resource persons Mrs. Hasnath, Academic Counsellor, and Mrs. Ranjitha, Student Relation Officer, from Keltron Knowledge Centre, Edappal, spoke about Keltron programmes including Computerised Financial Accounting with Tally. They shared insights on computer accounting applications, enhancing students’ skills for industry readiness.
