Functions Of Examination Committee:

• Make policy decisions regarding the organization and conduct of examinations.
• Frame rules and regulations for examinations.
• Organize workshops and seminars to improve examination systems.
• Conduct meetings related to examination management.
• Implement examination reforms and recommend them to the Academic Council.
• Prepare schedules for tests, model examinations, and end-semester examinations.
• Arrange question paper setting by faculty members and oversee printing.
• Prepare examination blocks and requisition invigilators and support staff.
• Make seating arrangements and display them on department notice boards and the institutional website.
• Collect statistics on subjects, papers, and student enrolment.
• Conduct examinations according to the approved schedule.
• Appoint internal flying squads, supervisors, and other personnel for the smooth conduct of examinations.
• Ensure the availability of adequate stationery and other examination materials.
