Empowering Wellness: Awareness Session on Safe Menstrual Hygiene Practices

The Women Development Cell of MTM College, in association with Amora Healthtech Pvt Ltd and IQAC, recently conducted an insightful awareness session on “Safe Menstrual Hygiene Practices.” We were honored to have Ms. Shaniba P, Founder & MD of Amora Healthtech, as the resource person. The session provided crucial guidance on maintaining menstrual health, breaking stigmas, and adopting safe, sustainable hygiene practices. By fostering open conversations about women’s health, this event aimed to empower students with the knowledge and confidence to prioritize their well-being.
