“Meet the Proctors” Program

The Department of Management Studies, in association with IQAC, organized the “Meet the Proctors” program to introduce a dynamic peer-learning model. This initiative identifies highly capable and motivated students (“Proctors”) to provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to their peers. By bridging the gap between classroom teaching and student-led collaboration, this program aims to strengthen leadership skills in the proctors while providing personalized learning assistance to students. The session was inaugurated by Dr. Rajath K, Principal, MTM College, who highlighted the value of peer-led mentorship in achieving professional and academic excellence.
