The Department of Sociology, in association with the Students Initiative in Palliative (SIP) and IQAC, MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce, organized Sparsham 2026 – Pothichor Distribution at Ponnani on 23 July 2026. As part of the initiative, students and faculty distributed food packets to those in need, promoting kindness, compassion, and social responsibility. The programme encouraged students to actively engage in community service and reinforced the values of empathy, care, and humanitarian commitment.
