About the Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell of MTM College is established to ensure a fair, transparent, and student-friendly mechanism for addressing complaints and concerns related to academic and non-academic matters within the campus. The Cell works to create a supportive environment where students can freely express their issues and seek timely resolution. Students may submit grievances through the online complaint system or through the grievance / suggestion boxes placed within the campus. All complaints are treated seriously, confidentially, and resolved through proper procedures.
