A Motivational and Guidance Talk on “Love Your Dream”

Listening to yourself and trace your dream is an effective motivation technique. Identifying our own talents and abilities is the key to success. The topic of this motivational and guidance programme was “Love Your Dream” The session started with the welcome speech of Mrs Maya Prasad, HOD, Department of Commerce (Fincorp). Session started at sharp 3 PM. The resource person Shafeek Alathur inaugurated the ceremony and presented the topic. Importance of choosing the right career – Relationship between right career and one’s dream – how to identify one’s inborn talents – The studies of Carol Dweck – Mindset. The active participation of the audience during the interaction section proved that the programme was highly useful to them. During this interaction the guest explained how he chased his dream. The workshop concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr Muhammed Fazil Assistant Professor Department of Commerce (Fincorp) MTM College,Veliancode.
