The Department of Commerce, MTM College, in collaboration with IQAC, organized a one-day program on “Developing the Right Mindset for Employability” on November 18, 2025. Dr. Antony Vinod George, Principal of ELIMS College, led the session for 200 final-year students. The event included addresses by Ms. Preeshma KV and Ms. Maya C, and insightful speeches by ELIMS College officials. The session focused on enhancing self-awareness, communication, and employability skills. The program enriched students’ career readiness, making it a valuable learning experience.
