Learn Basic Fitness Components
The Health and Wellness Club, in association with IQAC, organized an awareness session titled “Learn Basic Fitness Components” on 20/01/2026 at the Seminar Hall. The session was handled by Dr. Abdul Azeez, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education, MES Ponnani College. The programme focused on creating awareness about key fitness components such as strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and coordination, while emphasizing the importance of physical fitness for a healthy lifestyle and academic performance. The interactive session motivated students to adopt regular physical activity, and the programme concluded with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback.
