Research kick start guidence to research journey

The Department of Management Studies, MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Veliyancode, organized a research seminar titled “Research Kick Start – A Guidance to Research Journey” on 16th September 2025 at the college Seminar Hall. The resource person for the seminar was Ms. Sabitha C, Research Scholar, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, who delivered an insightful session on the fundamentals of research and guided the students on how to initiate their academic research journey. She highlighted the importance of selecting a relevant topic, reviewing literature, setting clear objectives, and adopting appropriate methodology. The seminar was specially arranged for the Vth Semester BBA students, providing them with valuable exposure to research concepts and practices. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating and clarifying their doubts regarding research.
