The Department of Commerce, MTM College, organized a programme on “The Soft Skills Revolution: Communication, Creativity & Critical Thinking” on 21 November 2025 at 2:00 PM. The session began with a welcome address by Ms. Maya C, HoD of Commerce, followed by the presidential address of Principal Mr. Abdul Karim K. The keynote address was delivered by Ms. Thulasi Soubhari, Personal Counsellor and Motivational Trainer, who emphasized the importance of communication, creativity, and critical thinking through an engaging and interactive session. Felicitations were offered by Union Chairman Mr. Shamhan K, and the programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Farha C, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. With the participation of 114 students, the event effectively strengthened students’ soft skills and boosted their confidence.
