Empowering Career Pathways: DWMS Orientation Program

The Placement Cell of MTM College, in association with IQAC, organized a comprehensive DWMS (Digital Workforce Management System) Orientation Program for the students of the Departments of Commerce and Computer Science. We were privileged to have Ms. Shafana Parveen, Talent Curation Executive (Malappuram) from K-DISC (Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council), as the lead speaker. The session focused on guiding students through the DWMS platform, providing insights into skill mapping, and highlighting the various career opportunities available through the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission. This orientation is a vital step in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry readiness, ensuring our students are well-equipped to navigate the modern job market.
