FDP – “Beyond Teaching: The Art of Effective Mentoring”

The FDP “Beyond Teaching: The Art of Effective Mentoring” was organized by the IQAC, MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce. The programme began with a welcome address by Raseena PM, IQAC Coordinator, followed by the Presidential Address by the Principal, who highlighted the importance of faculty mental well-being. Rajendra Kumar, HoD, Department of English and College PRO, Faisal Bhava felicitated the programme. Ms. Sithara M. Ali, Consultant Psychologist, spoke about teachers’ mental well-being, common challenges faced by students, and practical ways to identify and support students, using relevant examples. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Rahyanath P.V., Mentor–Mentee Coordinator
