The Placement Cell of MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Veliancode, in association with the National Skill Service, Eoxon and other partners, organized a Mega Placement Drive to enhance employment opportunities for youth and connect job seekers with leading employers.
The programme was inaugurated by Smt. Babitha Noufal, President, Veliancode Grama Panchayat, who appreciated the initiative of the college in organizing such a large-scale employment programme for the benefit of aspiring youth in the region.
More than 20 reputed companies from sectors such as banking, finance, retail, automobile, manufacturing, IT, and service industries participated in the drive. Company representatives conducted interviews and interacted directly with candidates.
A total of 178 candidates were shortlisted, and 27 candidates received final job selections on the day of the drive. Several companies also indicated the possibility of additional selections after further evaluation, highlighting the overall success and impact of the placement drive.
