The Placement Cell and Department of Commerce & Management Studies in association with IQAC organized an orientation programme for the students of MTM College with Cert-ED Academia on 23rd December 2021 at 12:30 pm at college seminar hall. The programme was arranged for the selected students to introduce the benefits of internship programme during their undergraduate programme.
It not only helps undergraduates and graduates gain real exposure to working environments but also helps them develop the necessary skills required to stand out in a saturated job market. Developing knowledge of workplace collaboration, business etiquette and strong communication tactics are among the vital “soft skills” that can only be learned on the job. In this way, internships in the area of study will build the student’s resume and teach them instrumental, career-developing qualities.
