About the Cell

The Anti Sexual Harassment Cell of MTM College is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful campus environment for all students and staff members.

The Cell is committed to preventing sexual harassment, gender-based misconduct, and any form of inappropriate behaviour within the institution. It functions as a support and redressal mechanism for complaints related to harassment, intimidation, abuse, or discrimination.

The Cell works to uphold dignity, equality, and mutual respect by promoting awareness programmes, preventive measures, and prompt grievance handling.
