The College Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) of MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Veliyancode, is constituted in accordance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations and the guidelines of the University of Calicut. The Committee is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and student-friendly mechanism for addressing grievances related to academic, administrative, and other matters affecting students.

The Committee provides students with an accessible platform to voice their concerns and seek timely resolution of grievances. Complaints may relate to academic issues, examinations, attendance, evaluation, student services, infrastructure, discipline, or any matter affecting their educational experience. All grievances are handled with impartiality, confidentiality, and fairness while ensuring that the rights and dignity of all parties are respected.

The Committee also promotes a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and accountability by encouraging constructive feedback and continuous improvement in institutional practices. Through its effective grievance redressal mechanism, the Committee contributes to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.

To establish a transparent, accessible, and responsive grievance redressal system that safeguards students' rights and promotes a fair, inclusive, and student-centric academic environment.
