About the Cell

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of MTM College is constituted in accordance with the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The Committee is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff.

The ICC functions as a formal body to receive, inquire into, and redress complaints related to sexual harassment, gender discrimination, misconduct, or any form of inappropriate behaviour within the college campus.

The Committee also works proactively to create awareness regarding dignity, equality, mutual respect, and gender sensitivity through various educational programmes and initiatives.
