The Research and Development (R&D) Cell of MTM College is committed to fostering a vibrant research culture among faculty members and students by promoting innovation, critical thinking, and academic excellence. The cell serves as a platform to encourage interdisciplinary research, facilitate scholarly activities, and strengthen the institution’s contribution to knowledge creation and societal development.
The R&D Cell motivates faculty and students to undertake quality research projects, publish research papers in reputed journals, present papers at national and international conferences, and participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes. The cell also provides guidance on securing research grants and funding from government agencies, universities, and other funding organizations.
To promote innovation and entrepreneurship, the cell encourages the development of research-based solutions, patents, prototypes, and collaborative projects with industries, research institutions, and academic organizations. It also organizes research methodology workshops, intellectual property rights (IPR) awareness programmes, orientation sessions on research ethics, and training in scientific writing and publication.
