The Arts & Music Club of MTM College was established in 2021 with the objective of promoting artistic talent, creativity, and cultural expression among students. Recognizing that music is the language of the soul, the club provides a vibrant platform where students can showcase their abilities in vocal music, instrumental performance, dance, fine arts, and various creative forms.
The club has become an important centre for nurturing hidden talents and encouraging students to actively participate in cultural programmes, arts festivals, competitions, and campus celebrations. Through regular events and performances, students gain confidence, teamwork, discipline, and appreciation for the arts.

The Arts and Music Club of MTM College conducted the inauguration of the Thalam music band and logo reveal on 17th July 2025. Renowned ghazal singer and Patturumal fame Shihab Palappetty was the chief guest who inaugurated the event. Music Club in association with English Department conducted a rhythmic competition without using traditional and modern musical instruments on world music competition.
Music club in association with V K Ayshakutti memorial public Library , Veliyancode organized Mappilapattu Competition and A Documentary presentation in memory of Moinkutty vaidhyar. Almost 50 members were participated from college and nearby locality in this programme.
Music Club organised an Intercollegiate Teachers vocal music competition in connection with Teachers Day. The competition was open to all the teachers from various colleges under Calicut university.. Almost 15 teachers were participated in this programme successfully.

As part of the Eid celebrations on Thursday, June 5, the Arts and Music Club organized a Mappilappattu competition to encourage musical talent and promote cultural heritage. The event was held at 2:30 PM in the open auditorium and witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly eight students representing various departments.
