The Palliative Care Club of MTM College is a student-centered initiative dedicated to providing compassionate care, emotional support, and community service for individuals facing serious or life-limiting illnesses and their families. The club reflects the institution’s commitment to holistic education by encouraging students to participate in meaningful service activities beyond the classroom.
The club helps students develop empathy, social responsibility, leadership, and a caring attitude through direct involvement in community welfare programmes. It also creates awareness about the importance of palliative care, dignity in illness, emotional support, and quality of life for patients and caregivers.
Through outreach activities, awareness campaigns, training sessions, and collaborative service programmes, the Palliative Care Club nurtures socially responsible students who value compassion and humanity.
To create a caring community where individuals facing serious illnesses receive compassionate support and improved quality of life, while nurturing socially responsible and empathetic students.
To be a leading student-driven initiative that inspires future professionals to deliver compassionate care, promote dignity in illness, and contribute to a more caring and inclusive society.
