The Placement Cell of MTM College plays a vital role in guiding students towards rewarding career opportunities by maintaining strong connections with reputed companies, organizations, and industrial establishments. The cell functions throughout the year to bridge the gap between students and employers, ensuring better placement prospects for graduates. The Placement Cell focuses on preparing students for the competitive job market from the beginning of their academic journey. Career guidance programmes, employability training, and skill enhancement sessions are regularly conducted for students of all departments. The cell also runs AMASE, a special initiative for students preparing for competitive examinations. In addition, training programmes such as mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude training, communication skill workshops, resume building sessions, and personality development programmes are organized regularly. For students interested in public sector careers, the Placement Cell also arranges coaching support and awareness programmes related to examinations such as CAT, MAT, KMAT, SSC, UPSC, KPSC, and other competitive tests. The Placement Cell is committed not only to placements, but also to the overall personal and professional development of students.

The Career Guidance Workshop program took place in co-operation with the IAM. They were enthusiastic about creating awareness about the scope of CA, CMA and CS. Students from B.com and BBA actively participated in the orientation class. The session was carried out for two hours and it helped to create awareness about CA, CMA and CS foundation & inter courses. Mr. Abdul Basith CK, Assistant professor, department of commerce and management studies conveyed gratitude to the resource person and all the members who attended the career guidance programme and made it successful.
The program took place in co-operation with the PROFINZ. They were enthusiastic about creating awareness about the scope of CMA in India and ACCA Abroad in recent times. CUET Orientation Programme (19-01-2024): Mr. Abdul Wasih led a Seminar titled "CU Horizon," which served as an orientation program for CUET (Common University Entrance Test). This session acquainted students with the examination pattern, preparation strategies, and career prospects, thereby guiding them towards academic excellence.
As part of commemorating National Youth Day, a Seminar titled "JOSH" was conducted by Mr. Sreejith Chirakkal, a renowned JCI Trainer. The seminar aimed to ignite the spirit of entrepreneurship and leadership among students, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-belief.
