The department organized a three-day Bridge Course titled BELT – Basic English Language Training from 7th to 9th August 2024. Coordinated by Ms. Deepthi T.K., the course aimed to improve English proficiency among first-year students. Topics included grammar basics, vocabulary, self-introduction, and communication skills. The course helped students from diverse backgrounds adjust to the academic environment and gain confidence in English usage for classroom and social interactions

From 29th to 31st July 2024, the department hosted an Induction Programme for new students. The sessions included interactive activities, skill-building, and motivational talks to help students transition into college life. The programme concluded with an inspiring session by Mr. Muhammad Thasleem titled “Transform Your Tomorrow,” motivating students to pursue their goals with determination and confidence. The programme fostered a supportive and welcoming environment for the incoming batch.

Two-Day Excursion to Idukki and Munnar The final year BA English 2022-2025 students of MTM College recently embarked on a memorable two-day excursion to the picturesque regions of Idukki and Munnar. The journey was filled with scenic beauty, cultural exploration, and educational experiences.
